Sh. Asgar Ali Karbalaie, Chief Executive Councilor

All the matters and issues pertaining to the departments within the purview of the Council including General Administration, Plan and Non-Plan Budget, district Co-ordination, Tribal Sub Plan, BADP, Allotment, use and occupation of land vested in the Council, Health, Education, Forest, Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution, Social Welfare, Notified Area Committee, Panchayat and State Sector Schemes, Science and Technology and other left over Departments. Further the Chief Executive Councilor shall exercise general superintendence and control of all the department allocated to each member of Executive Council, the office heading a department shall be under the superintendence and control of the Executive Councilor.

Sh. Nasir Hussain Munshi, Executive Councilor

Formulation and periodical review of the progress and achievements of developmental Plans and schemes and issues relating to Public Works Department, Power and Electricity and General Survey and Mining.

Sh. Sonam Namgyal, Executive Councilor

Formulation and periodical review of the progress and achievements of developmental Plans and schemes and issues relating to Tourism, Industries, Handicrafts, Handloom, Small Scale Industries / Khadi and Village Industries / SICOP.

Sh. Haji Mohmad Ishaq, Executive Councilor

Formulation and periodical review of the progress and achievements of developmental Plans and schemes and issues relating to Rural Development Department, NES, DRDA, Information / Information Technology, Weights and Measures and Archives and Monuments.

Sh. Kacho Gulzar Hussain Khan, Executive Councilor

Formulation and periodical review of the progress and achievements of developmental Plans and schemes and issues relating to Agriculture, Horticulture, command Area Development, sheep Husbandry, Animal Husbandry, SKUAST and Cooperatives.
